I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?

Click the 'Access Gallery' link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view your gallery.

Should I register?

No, you do not have to register. But, you may do so if you'd like to add favorites or compare images for purchase. By making an account with us, you'll be able to do the following:
-Make sure your gallery is accessible to only you and those you wish to invite to view it.
-Save your images in a private gallery that you may access at any time from your personal account.
-Save images as favorites to compare and streamline your ordering process.
-Save your personal information for shipping purposes.

The information you provide will be used for shipping and our records only. It is important that you provide correct information for this purpose. If you need to change your information, go to "My Info" in your account.

Does it cost anything to register for an account?

No.

How do I make an order?

To make an order, please refer to the 2009 pricing guide for packages and products. View the images in your gallery, decide what you'd like to order, and submit this to Mariah via email with the corresponding image numbers (usually in the format IMG_354.jpg).

My images are all in color. What about black and whites?

Your images are shown in color, but may be previewed in black and white format as well by clicking the "view in black and white" link below each image when viewing. If you'd like to order a black and white of an image, please specify when submitting your order.

Oh no! My Gallery seems to have expired. Can I view it again?
Contact Mariah to see if she can renew your gallery. Remember, for regular portrait clients, your order is due by the time your gallery expires, but exceptions can be made.

The watermarks will not reflect in print, right?

No. The watermarks are just for proofing purposes.

I can't seem to log in.

Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here. Email Mariah at mariah@mariahgale.com if you need assistance making an account.

Do I have to pay when I submit my order?

No. You will have the opportunity to pay directly through Paypal with a credit card, however you may choose to pay with a check or money order. Your images will not be sent for print until payment is recieved.

I have a coupon code, or I have credit from your referral program. Will this reflect in my account?

Mariah will add these coupons or credits to your final order, and notify you that she has done so.

Are my images sent directly to print when I complete my order?

Not directly. Your order will be sent to Mariah, and she will prepare your selected images for print by cropping them and making any edits you request. She then sends them to her professional lab to be printed. Final orders for print are sent out within 24 hours of receiving your payment. If you need to edit an order after submitting it, contact Mariah asap.

Can I scan my images to my computer?

No. This is illegal under copyright laws, and fines begin at $150,000. If you wish to purchase the digital rights to an image or your session, contact Mariah This includes putting images in a 'digital picture frame'. Mariah trusts her clients to respect her livelihood and art.
